We will do everything we can to resolve your complaint immediately but if we can’t, or we need to investigate further, we will explain how we will do this and when we will reply to you.

We’ll try to resolve all complaints internally. However, if we haven’t been able to resolve your complaint within eight weeks, or you’re not satisfied with the outcome, you can refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service. You’ll need to do this within six months from the date of our complaint outcome response.
